  • Is there a fee for using this service?

    Absolutely not! This service is completely free. We also cover all marketplace fees.

    In exchange, we do require a preferred wholesale rate. Some choose to provide a firm-fixed percentage discount across the board while others provide a preferred rate by the product. Such discounts are determined during the interview process.

  • Am I required to sign any contracts?

    We do require a standard Reseller Agreement be signed between both parties.

  • What is the benefit to using your service?

    We understand that as a business owner, you have your hands full with day to day operations. Managing vendor relations, filling orders, providing customer service and related tasks consumes much time. The Digerati Group is here to take the burden of product marketing off your hands allowing you to focus on your product offerings and filling orders.

    Not to mention, we're a team of experienced marketers who know the ins and outs of the online marketplaces and how to optimize listings for greater visibility.

  • What is required to list my products with your service?

    There are numerous pieces information we are required to collect such as Product Name, Description, Images, Manufacturer, Price, UPC or GTIN, Shipping Carrier, Package Dimensions and Weight, etc.

  • Which marketplaces do you participate in?

    We participate in numerous marketplaces. See our list. Please note we may not be able to list your products on all marketplaces as some marketplaces cater only to specific types of products. For example, Houzz caters specifically to home and garden related products.

  • What types of products do you accept?

    We look for all types of products; however, we focus on promoting products that can be mass produced and do not currently have a saturated online presence.

  • Do I need to use your service in order to list my products online?

    Absolutely not! You are free to list your products wherever you desire. However, if you are not keen on paying expensive marketplace fees, perhaps you're unfamiliar with the marketplace landscape and optimizing your listings for greater visibility or you simply don't have the time, The Digerati Group may be worth considering.

  • How and when do I get paid?

    When your item sells, we will notify you of the order. You will then charge our account and fill the order.

  • Will you carry any of my inventory?

    No. We do not carry any of our vendor's merchandise. We market products which are then drop shipped to the customer.

  • Am I required to supply images of my products?

    Yes. All of the marketplaces that we participate in require images to be supplied for each listing. All images should be at least 500px by 500px in size. Images should be supplied in PNG or JPG format. We recommend high resolution images with solid white backgrounds.

    Please note that professionally shot photos are more likely to be clicked on by potential buyers. We strongly suggest hiring a professional photographer for a product photo shoot.

  • What are UPC and GTIN codes and where can I obtain them?

    The Universal Product Code (UPC) is a barcode symbology that is widely used for tracking trade items in stores. You may obtain UPCs from Bar Code Graphics, Inc.

    The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) is a globally unique 14-digit number used to identify trade items, products, or services. You may obtain GTINs from GS1.

  • How are refunds, returns and exchanges handled?

    We typically suggest allowing customers up to 30 days to return items with shipping fees at the customer's expense. However, we can tailor this to fit your refund policy.

  • What else should I know?

    It is very important that your account remain in good standing. In order to do this, you must always have available inventory and be able fill orders within the timeframes you have supplied us. Late shipments and out of stock items can lead to account suspension.
